Job summary

PeopleToGo Inc. is seeking Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects in Barrie, Ontario.

You will perform interior demolition of residential units, remove flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls, and handle site clean-up and debris removal. Contractors must operate as an independent business with GST/HST registration, access to own vehicle and tools, PPE, and valid insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential demolition.
• Ability to operate as an independent contractor with own tools and PPE.
• Must have own vehicle and be able to transport materials to site.

Responsibilities

• Interior demolition of residential units.
• Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls.
• Site clean-up and debris removal.

Looking for reliable Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects in Barrie, Ontario.

Scope of Work: Interior demolition of residential units, Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls, Site clean-up and debris removal.

Requirements: Must operate as an Independent Contractor, Registered business with GST/HST number, Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance, Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate, Own vehicle, tools, and PPE, Experience in residential demolition.
