Job summary

The Byng Group is seeking reliable Independent Demolition Contractors in Barrie, Ontario to support apartment turnover and renovation projects. You will perform interior demolition, remove flooring and fixtures, and manage site cleanup in residential settings.

Ideal candidates have residential demolition experience, own vehicle, tools, PPE, and a registered business with GST/HST. Bi-weekly payments and direct project assignments are offered.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with registered business.
• GST/HST number is required.
• Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance.
• WSIB clearance certificate required.
• Own vehicle, tools, and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Interior demolition of residential units.
• Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls.
• Site clean-up and debris removal.
