Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustaining capital projects with site coordinators and process groups, ensuring workflows and milestones are met.
• Manage building permits and ensure adherence to building codes, health, safety requirements.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance, inspections, preventative maintenance programs and repairs.
• Monitor cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, work orders and purchase orders to ensure resources are available.
• Lead meetings with service providers and site departments; assist with contract formation and work scope reviews.
• Ensure teams have necessary resources and enforce utilization guidelines for efficient operations.

Make your mark while you grow your career!The Infrastructure & Services Coordinator is responsible for creating solutions to overcome internal and external barriers and facilitate the completion of all stages including the coordination, installation and maintenance of staff office facilities across all areas of the plant. You will be responsible for overseeing site-wide services, including core services such as HVAC and building maintenance services.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate sustaining capital projects with coordinators and process groups, ensuring daily workflows, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
• Support regulatory compliance by managing building permits and ensuring adherence to building codes, health, and safety requirements
• Manage building and equipment maintenance, facility inspections, preventative maintenance programs, and repair activities to maintain facility standards
• Oversee cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, work orders, and purchase orders to ensure required labor, equipment, and materials are available
• Organize and lead meetings with service providers and site departments, support contract formation through work scope reviews, and coordinate project schedules and appointments
• Ensure teams have the necessary resources, information, and equipment to perform effectively while enforcing facility utilization guidelines and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring to the Role:

• High school diploma/GED is required along with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Technician or Technologist diploma or Journeyman Certificate preferred but not required
• Familiarity with and understanding of:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Facility maintenance and management
• Demonstrates strong commitment to safety and environmental principles & practices
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
