Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid infrastructure environments across cloud (Azure / M365) and on-premises platforms to ensure high availability and resiliency
• Administer enterprise systems including Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview) and Windows / Linux servers
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and security systems using Microsoft and Cisco technologies; respond to incidents and enforce security best practices
• Maintain disaster recovery plans, backup systems (e.g., Veeam, AvePoint), and documentation for infrastructure configurations and assets
• Support end users with expert, empathetic guidance on hardware, software, multimedia technologies, and endpoint management
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24 / 7 operations, including occasional off-hours response and equipment handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications : MCSE, CCNA, and cloud credentials (e.g., MS-500, MD-102, AZ-800 / 801)
• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles within enterprise or mission-critical environments
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 administration, VMware, DNS, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, and Azure infrastructure
• Strong networking skills including LAN / WAN architecture, Cisco security tools, VPNs, and endpoint protection
• Comfortable with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and SAN solutions (e.g., PureStorage, Nimble)

Salary Range : $85-100k / year
