Infrastructure Engineer

What We Do

Momentum is a sales automation platform for RevOps teams to standardize sales motions. We connect the sales stack, and bring consistent and repeatable motions via automated sales workflows. Momentum shortens deal cycles, improves cross-functional collaboration, and gives sales teams increased visibility into their most important deals.

Momentum is well-funded by amazing investors, including Basis Set Ventures, Inovia, South Park Commons, and Leadout ($5M raised). Other angel investors and advisors include CROs & RevOps leaders from companies such as Asana, Miro, Narvar, Square, Shopify and more.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring ambitious, self-directed startup folks who can hit the ground running in the first 30 days and are excited to shape Momentum from the ground up. We pride ourselves on giving people direction versus mandates, and we celebrate initiative and creativity as we work together to achieve shared goals.

We're (mostly) distributed, with HQs in SF and Vancouver, and are open to working with great people anywhere in the world. We offer competitive salaries, generous early-stage equity packages, full benefits, technology and learning stipends, and the chance to get together in-person a couple times a year for fun off-sites (no boring conference room sessions!).

The ideal candidate would be a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer with a passion for learning and infrastructure excellence.

  • Look after our production infrastructure, ensuring it’s reliable, secure, scalable and cost-efficient.

  • Participate in oncall rotations and responding to production incidents.
  • Participate in security improvement efforts and helping us stay compliant with frameworks like SOC-2.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE Roles, Software Engineering or Cloud Operations
  • Comfortable working with Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP), Infrastructure-As-Code (Terraform), familiar with Security Best practices and DevOps/SRE.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, Node, Typescript, Postgres is a bonus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary & early stage stock options based on experience
  • 100% coverage of premium health, vision and dental insurance, with 75% support for dependents
