Internal Title: Scheduling IV

Manage Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) Best Practices in Contract Management.

Engage stakeholders on Contract Transformation under the PDP / IPDT Model.

Oversee IPD practices in Procedures, Processes, and Training for Contract Management.

Lead change management related to Planning and Schedule Management within the PDP Commercial Team and Vendor Community.

Review and update Planning & Schedule processes based on IPDT Best Practices, ensuring alignment across GOE Program for optimal decision-making.

Develop and implement Program-wide project requirements for Planning & Scheduling to enhance consistency and support delivery, including updating Project Procedures.

Establish and deploy a Program Contingency Management Process.

Manage Planning & Schedule Management systems, tools, and procedures across the GO Expansion Program.

Ensure a Program-wide approach to Planning & Schedule considerations, maintaining consistency.

Support projects and supply chains to deliver efficiently, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Standardize delivery approaches, ensuring integration and compliance with statutory and Metrolinx requirements.

Create real-time reporting capabilities linked to the Program Control Centre for effective decision-making.

Support risk management by identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities.

Engage stakeholders per the Stakeholder Management Plan.

Provide consistent Planning & Schedule Management support to program stakeholders.

Demonstrate experience in contract administration and management of large capital programs.

Possess Planning & Schedule Management experience on large transit projects.

Support stakeholder, vendor, contractor, and team relationship management.

Advise on transforming delivery and supply chain cultures through new models.

Develop innovative, methodical, and robust scheduling solutions for difficult contract issues.
