A local educational organization in Whitehorse seeks an experienced Infrastructure and Operations Lead to manage facilities and ensure strong operational systems across schools. The ideal candidate should excel at project management and foster relationships with First Nation and Yukon governments to support educational goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Based in Whitehorse, Yukon, on the traditional territories of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Taan Kwäch'än Council, the First Nation School Board (FNSB) was established in February 2022. Board-run schools are for all Yukon students and aim to promote reconciliation by enhancing a Yukon First Nations model that puts students first through a strengths-based, community-centered approach. In Whitehorse, the Infrastructure and Operations Lead is a key leader within the FNSB, ensuring that our schools and programs are supported by strong, responsive, and community-aligned operational systems. This role involves managing facilities and equipment, overseeing technology safety protocols, and administrative processes. The position helps create conditions that allow students, staff, and communities to thrive. Working alongside a dedicated team and in partnership with school leaders, this role plays a central part in sustaining day-to-day operations across diverse and dynamic learning environments.
