The mission of the Cybersecurity Department is to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions that minimize risk across Aritzia's systems and data.

As the Security Administrator, Identity & Access, you will support the development and delivery of a comprehensive, organization-wide Cybersecurity program while ensuring that identity and access controls meet business and compliance requirements. THE ROLE

As a Security Administrator, Identity & Access, you will:

1. Define and manage identity and access controls based on business and compliance requirements.
2. Support validation that the right people have appropriate access levels across our databases, systems, and networks.
3. Assist with authentication and password management practices.
4. Maintain security tools, technologies, and controls that protect Aritzia's infrastructure and data.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Security Administrator, Identity & Access, should have:

1. Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience with Active Directory, role-based access, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows, Unix/Linux, scripting (PowerShell, Regex, or others), and Office 365/cloud application security (asset).
2. Ability to troubleshoot user access issues.
3. Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $75,000-$125,000 per year, with final offers based on experience and skills. We consider individual qualifications for scope and salary adjustments.
