  • Job-Type : Contract Opportunity. Initial Contract of 6 months, with extensions.
  • Work-Style : 40 hours / week and a Hybrid work setting, 3 days / week in the office required.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities : One of our prestigious clients is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support their Capital Investment & Innovation projects team. This role assists with administrative processes, the preparation of deliverables for Capital projects planning, and support with updating and creating project documentation. The Senior Project Coordinator supports these objectives using internal project management tools to stay organized.

The Senior Project Coordinator works under the direction of the Capital and Innovation Projects Senior Manager. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to renew in 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains high-quality project documentation as needed, including workback schedules, meeting minutes, metrics reports, operational guides, and general communications
  • Maintains ownership and execution of Minor Capital investment projects from concept to implementation
  • Manages stakeholder communication, triages new issues, and provides timelines and deliverable specifics as needed
  • Coordinates team meetings with project stakeholders, and ensures meeting notes / action plans are clearly documented and communicated
  • Gathers analytics and reporting on department performance to monitor investment performance and report on ROI
  • Responsible for maintaining a bi-weekly project tracker to be shared with stakeholders
  • Helps maintain project documentation, including updating version history and sharing on the correct channel
  • Ad Hoc support of other related projects within the PC Express Operations business unit

Skills and Experience for this Role

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or support role
  • Knowledge of project management processes
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Handles ambiguity well and is self-motivated
  • Ability to carry out detail-oriented tasks accurately and independently
  • Ability to interact with different teams across the organization and follow up on activities in support of program schedules
  • Knowledge of financial budgetary practices and principles is preferred
  • Experience with facilities, equipment, and construction is a bonus
  • Some data analysis experience is a bonus
  • Bilingual (French and English) is a bonus.
