Information Technology Position - Technology and Team Leadership

About the Role:

As a key player on our IT team, you’ll take the lead on essential projects that drive the development and optimization of our operations. From managing cross-functional teams to implementing smart solutions, you’ll work closely with operations and senior leadership to meet evolving business needs. Your role also includes ensuring standards are met, as well as mentoring/motivating junior team members/interns to build a strong, capable workforce. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a visible difference through their work.

What We Need From You:

• AMaster’s degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. BA required,Masterspreferred.
• Proven success from2 completed IT internshipswith measurable outcomes.
• 2+ yearsof experience leading IT teams or spearheading technical projects.
• Exceptionalproblem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• ExcellentExcel and adminskills.
• Strongleadershipandinterpersonal communicationabilities.
• Residency inAlbertais required for this remote position.
