THE TEAM

The mission of the Technology Service Excellence Department is to ensure best-in-class service at all levels and enable the acquisition of technology assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Service Excellence team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team that serves as the first response to all IT incidents and requests across stores, offices, and distribution centers. As an IT Service Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of technology support protocols, ensuring teams across the organization have the tools to resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently, while also setting the vision for self-service capabilities. THE ROLE

As the IT Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Promoting positive technology experiences and outcomes, serving as the primary point of contact for all end-user tech support.
  2. Providing reactive support for level 1 incidents, aiming to reduce threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Triaging and fulfilling all technology-related requests within defined SLAs.
  4. Coordinating responses to major IT incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize impact on end users and business operations.
  5. Supporting the identification of underlying issues to prevent recurring incidents.
  6. Supporting primary shifts throughout the week: Monday - Friday or Thursday - Monday.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The IT Service Specialist should have:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in relevant areas.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $40 per hour. The final wage will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
