Information Technology Currency Analyst : Procom KW is seeking an Information Technology Currency Analyst for a contract role with one of our clients in the financial sector.

Information Technology Currency Analyst Job Details

As an Information Technology Currency Analyst, you will support and communicate the enterprise currency long-term vision and strategy, along with effectively managing IT partner relationships. You will be responsible for report creation, CIO dashboards, and communication across technology regarding currency posture, performance, and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and track internal & external EOL / EOS audit findings
  • Develop the roadmap and evolution of currency, end of life, end of support strategies, including tools, technology, and training
  • Provide guidance and support on currency issues to CIO delegates
  • Align business and IT efforts towards shared objectives
  • Innovate new capabilities aligned with industry trends and identify cost efficiencies
  • Maintain functional knowledge through collaboration and agility
  • Prioritize and govern the currency portfolio
  • Coordinate across all technology delivery units globally
  • Align stakeholders on currency strategy and delivery roadmap; communicate and engage stakeholders as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including business units, architecture, operations, development teams, shared services, finance, control functions, business executives, and external vendors
  • Communicate regularly with platform, development teams, and other stakeholders
  • Review delivery metrics and recommend strategies for performance improvement and customer value
  • Stay updated on regulatory, industry, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
  • Aggregate key risk indicators (KRI) and share insights with stakeholders
  • Support a culture of risk management and control
  • Identify and manage issues crossing regions or product groups, overseeing currency resolution
  • Ensure practices are consistent across platforms and communications are effective
  • Provide strategic advice on prioritization

Must Have Skills

  • 5 years of experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Windows, Office, Unix, and mainframe environments
  • Knowledge and experience in IT currency management
