By adding awesome talent to our team, serious dedication and persistence, and keeping the guest in mind, we’ve grown to 48 Canadian Brewhouses, 1 Canadian Icehouse, 4 Banquet Bars, 40 Plantlife Cannabis dispensaries, 7 Ribeye Butcher Shops, and The Italian Bakery's Tesoro!

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Company’s IT systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves user support and help desk operations, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and supporting technical problems.. Your passion for technology will shine through as you analyze existing processes, develop strategies to improve efficiency, and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner, providing effective solutions to user issues.
  • Administer and maintain the organization's Google Workspace environment, including user setup, permissions, and technical support.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal operation of hardware and software.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Travel to locations to provide on-site support to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT Support Role 2 years or more
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
