Job Summary
**This role is hybrid in Brossard, Quebec.
We are presently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Developer Analyst - Information Systems who will work on the evaluation and implementation of business systems projects within our corporate systems architecture. The Senior Developer Analyst will work closely both within systems projects and with currently installed systems to assess business needs, identify areas in need of improvement and propose solutions that support the organization’s business goals and meet current industry best-practices.
To be successful as a Senior Developer Analyst, you should be able to work with the systems developers and internal users to understand various business processes, coordinate project implementations, develop testing scenarios, and manage change requests to optimize business operations. Current business systems include: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-commerce, Manufacturing Systems (MES), shipping systems, reports and dashboards (Business Intelligance), internal tools (Sharepoint/Teams), Microsoft Office 365 and more.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Analyst:
Engagement with internal customers to capture their requirements, evaluate and develop new applications, solutions and/or enhancements to existing systems functionality.
Evaluation of requests and projects to document and prioritize improvements.
Data analysis and development of various reports and performance indicators.
Assessment and implementation of continuous improvement projects on enterprise Data Quality.
Promotion of industry best practices and innovative ideas that leverage the Information Systems in-place.
On-going research of current and emerging technologies to propose value-added changes where needed.
Project Management:
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Bachelor's degree or certificat in Information Systems or Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of related experience, including:
Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional information systems experience supporting various business units (Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.).
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the delivery of technology projects involving multiple stakeholders (planning, follow-ups, communications, documentation, etc.).
Proven experience in managing systems improvement requests and new functionality implementation.
Good knowledge of DevOps for teak task management within an Agile/Scrum framework, with 2-week Sprints.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, various operating systems and databases.
Strong initiative to research new technologies and best practices to improve solutions, systems and processes.
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and under tight deadlines, independently or within a team.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA.

Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec. The company has very few clients in Quebec and must therefore constantly use another language to communicate outside Quebec.
