Job summary

Raise is seeking a skilled ESA contractor to join the Enterprise Security Administration team in Toronto on a 6-month hybrid arrangement. The role focuses on provisioning privileged access to production environments across AD, Azure, databases, Linux, and mainframe platforms.

Expect training, onboarding, and close work with team leads and SMEs as you ramp up. The candidate must have deep experience with ServiceNow, CyberArk, AD management, Oracle/MySQL, and Azure Cloud, along with strong risk

Responsibilities

Duration: 6 months- Possibility for extension

Location: Toronto, Hybrid- Every Tuesday is mandatory along with 1 Friday a month.

Interview Process: 1 MS Teams Virtual round for 1 hour with Hiring manager and delegate

Line of Business: Information Security Team

What does the LOB do?: Responsible for privileged access provisioning across the bank, including managing and granting infrastructure access to production environments.

What project will this contractor be working on?: Responsible for ESA-related activities that support the Bank USA line of business, focusing on operational and business needs rather than a specific project.

Tell me about your team (# of members, culture, etc):

• The team is highly diverse
• There are several team members who specialize in access provisioning, and this role will involve working closely with team leads and subject matter experts.
• The team holds regular meetings to discuss priorities, review progress, and address any obstacles or challenges.
• The immediate team consists of approximately 24 members.

Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis?

• Responsibilities will be assigned based on the individual's skill set and the specific requirements of the platform they support.
• New hires will receive training to learn the access provisioning process and gain an understanding of the required procedures and workflows.
• The onboarding and training period is expected to take approximately one month before the individual is fully ramped up.
• Who they will be working with will depend on candidates experience

Job Description:

A successful candidate will join Enterprise Security Administration (ESA) team and will be responsible for Privileged Access provisioning to Production infrastructure. They will be responsible for creation of privileged vaulted accounts and provisioning access to Active Directory, Azure, Database, Linux, and Mainframe platforms. Experience within information security fields is required, knowledge of information technology support processes is an asset. Candidate must be able to learn from documented knowledge bases. Candidate must possess risk analysis skills which will be used to determine eligibility of privileged access assignments.
