We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to support this next phase of growth.

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Fièra Cosmetics, you'll play a key role in growing and managing our influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to creators, pitching paid opportunities, managing a high-volume pipeline, and supporting the day-to-day execution of campaigns. You’ll be a creator’s first point of contact—from cold outreach to briefing and content delivery.

This is a perfect role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in sales-style communication. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of talent and meeting monthly sales targets related to influencer-driven revenue.

Responsibilities

Outreach & Recruitment

  • Identify and research creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach to pitch paid collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong creator and agent relationships to support partnerships
  • Maintain and regularly update your influencer pipeline to ensure consistent outreach and bookings

Campaign Execution

  • Organize and distribute campaign briefs, agreements, and creative guidelines
  • Coordinate product shipments and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Review influencer concepts and content to ensure brand alignment and compliance with guidelines
  • Track deliverables and ensure all content is submitted and posted on time, per contract terms

Performance & Reporting

  • Hit monthly sales targets tied to booked influencer campaigns
  • Track campaign performance using platforms like Captiv8 and Salesforce
  • Pull post-campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns

Operational Support & Problem-Solving

  • Follow up on invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain and update campaign brief and contract templates as needed
  • Flag any campaign execution issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to keep campaigns running smoothly

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including leading high-impact campaigns.
  • Proven experience in sales and converting leads with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
