Were looking for a highly organized and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Associate Manager to support our team in executing paid influencer marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Influencer & UGC Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships. If you have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, love staying ahead of social media trends, and can juggle multiple creator relationships seamlesslythis role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Influencer Sourcing & Vetting Identify and vet top and emerging creators on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Contract Negotiation Secure competitive rates and manage agreements to ensure brand compliance and legal requirements.
  • Project Management Develop and maintain a workback schedule to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Briefing & Coordination Provide clear campaign briefs to influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and creative direction.
  • Content Review & Approval Vet influencer content to ensure it meets brand expectations and platform best practices.
  • Client & Creator Liaison Act as a bridge between influencers, internal teams, and clients to streamline feedback and approvals.
  • Mailer Program Support Assist in sourcing and vetting recipients for influencer mailer programs.
  • Trend Analysis Stay on top of social media trends in North America to identify opportunities for influencer partnerships.
  • Platform Proficiency Knowledge of influencer platforms such as Lefty, CreatorIQ, and Klear is an asset.

What Were Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media.
  • At least one year of talent / influencer management experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of influencer trends and best practices across key platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Experience working with brand-owned social media strategies.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
