Job description

North Vancouver Nissan is currently looking to fill the position of Infiniti Brand Manager.

Your daily activity will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Following up on all leads from a variety of sources.
  • Obtain finance approval from lending institutions on all finance deals.
  • Prepare and maintain F&I daily operating control.
  • Check all paperwork on both finance and cash deals to ensure title, lien, taxes, and other related delivery documents are correct.
  • Collect all monies for deals and ensure a timely turnover to the Accounting Department.

Make available and sell, where applicable, all business office services, including financing, Life and A&H Insurance, extended warranties, chemical packages, etching, and all applicable documentation fees.

  • It is expected that all deals be balanced and closed within 2 working days of delivery and then immediately be sent to accounting.
  • Ensure that all documentation is signed by the appropriate individual and all monies collected are suitable and legitimate.

Collect all Accounts Receivable in a timely manner.

Ensure that all manufacture trading dollars, rebates, or any other incentives are properly applied for and received in a timely manner.

  • Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Provide a superior experience for our customers to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
  • Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.

  • Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office), with ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset, but extensive manufacturer training would be provided.
  • Previous automotive sales experience would be an asset.
  • A valid VSA License is required.
  • Possesses a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and a current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver’s record).
