Industry X PTC Windchill Solution Architect

In this role within our Industry X.0 team, you will help clients leverage digital technologies to transform their product development and manufacturing value chains across various sectors including Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, and Utilities. As part of Accenture Digital, you'll receive tailored career management and develop specialized skills in Industry X.0.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, define specifications, and deploy applications.
2. Analyze, design, and develop roadmaps and implementation strategies based on current and future state architecture.
3. Create assets and solution frameworks integrating R&D and Engineering business processes, technology trends, and digital priorities.
4. Identify key value drivers and demonstrate how digital transformation can enable enterprise goals.
5. Lead customer workshops and functional teams.
6. Coach implementation teams and provide functional system solutions for PLM.
7. Participate in solution design, architecture, and application configuration to meet business needs.
8. Gather data, develop architectural requirements, and advocate best practices in PLM and manufacturing.
9. Develop test plans to validate solutions against client requirements.
10. Support sales campaigns, develop collateral, and contribute to thought leadership through white papers and presentations.
11. Assist in the sales process from proposal to closing, including solution shaping and client presentations.
12. Travel up to 50% as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience with Windchill or other PTC products.
• 10+ years' experience in Manufacturing IT systems including ERP, PLM, IoT, and QMS.
• 2+ years' project management experience in manufacturing IT systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in English for stakeholder communication across Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in at least two of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Electronics & High Tech, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Travel & Logistics, Consumer Goods.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing teams of 5 or more.
• Knowledge of systems implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product design, fabrication, assembly, and materials.
• Experience with CAD solutions such as ANSYS, CREO, CATIA.
• Experience with PLM solutions including PTC Windchill, PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink.
• Experience with Windchill Data Migration and Integration.
• Knowledge of IoT technologies such as RFID, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, SCADA, M2M, AI, AWS, Azure.
• Ability to research industry challenges and apply new technologies effectively.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and flexible team player.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and articulate solutions clearly.
• Experience in business development and professional leadership.
