You Are:

An ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.

The Work:

  1. Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  2. Documentation of MES configuration.
  3. Provide organization oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES.
  4. Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value.
  5. Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions.
  6. Direct the activities of team in the above tasks.
  7. Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered.
  8. Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities.
  9. Respond to requests for client proposals.
  10. Manage and develop client relationships.
  11. Global System Implementation.
  12. Manage medium-small teams and/or projects.

Here's What You Need:

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing Execution in Apriso.
  2. Programming skills in some of the common languages (e.g.: SQL, javascript, C#, python, HTML, CSS, XML).
  3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  4. English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market.

Set Yourself Apart:

  1. Experience in Warehouse and Logistics management in Apriso.
  2. Experience in manufacturing analytics and lean management.
  3. Experience with integration between Manufacturing Engineering (preferably with 3DX DELMIA DM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES Apriso).
  4. Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines. Preferred experience in industrial automation/OPC/IIoT.
  5. Experience in analytics (PowerBI/SSIS/SSAS/Databricks/Flink/Snowflake/Kafka, etc.).
  6. Experience with cloud provider platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.).
  7. Experience with container management (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  9. Bilingual in English and either French or Spanish.
  10. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  11. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
  12. Working knowledge of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
