Industry Market Manager (Nutrition), Asia Pacific

This role is open to candidates residing in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, or the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Grow relationships with specific Suppliers (Food & Beverage and Nutrition Ingredient Manufacturers) and drive business with country champions to meet budget and ensure profitable growth.
  • Manage demand & supply (stock inventory) to maintain healthy inventory levels and support sell-out by country teams.
  • Establish an active pipeline of new business opportunities and generate new revenue streams.
  • Provide market intelligence, trends, and performance reports to key suppliers and conduct business reviews.
  • Optimize product portfolios, identify 'white spot' opportunities, and ensure legal and contractual compliance.
  • Develop product management strategies and review supplier contracts.
  • Share best practices and growth ideas across the region.
  • Collaborate with the global Food & Nutrition platform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements/Specifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemicals, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in sales & marketing, business development, industry development, or product management in the Food Nutrition industry preferred.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and market knowledge.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team within a multicultural, matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and reporting systems like Qliksense.
