Job summary

Bombardier is seeking interns for the Industrialization program at the Marcel‑Laurin Plant. You will collaborate with project managers and business analysts to monitor plans, assist with tasks, and help plan new activities supporting master execution.

You are pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering (or Operations Management) with strong data, communication, and Office 365 skills. Some travel outside Canada may be required for training and work purposes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or in Operations Management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts to monitor project plans and assist with key tasks across multiple initiatives.
• Help plan and coordinate new activities to support the execution of master plans.
• Create, revise, and organize documentation related to industrialization processes, including financial and technical analyses, project status updates, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of industrialization strategies aimed at manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization across Bombardier sites.
• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the execution of the Industrialization strategy.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
