Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems, a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an opening for a Industrial Welding Trainer at their Stratford Ontario facility at 161 Lorne Ave., W, Stratford ON. Flexibility to workdays, afternoons and weekend shifts dependent upon the required need.
Industrial Welding Instructor is responsible for developing the skills and qualifications of welding personnel through hands‑on and classroom training while providing technical support to fabrication operations. This position administers welder qualification programs, supports on‑the‑job training, develops and maintains training materials, and helps ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Human Resources, the Weld Trainer plays an important role in maintaining a skilled workforce, supporting product quality, and promoting safe and efficient manufacturing practices.
Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 CAD per year
