Looking to get the most out of your upcoming internship?

Hatch is seeking an Industrial Water Student for an internship, with an interest in civil or chemical engineering starting September 2025. Reporting to the Infrastructure, Water group, you will support offices globally working from our Oakville office location.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Support our water team in:
    • Industrial water treatment plant projects
    • Organizing and preparing process design calculations, drawings, and specifications
    • Site investigations or pilot projects
    • Preparing technical reports and memos
    • Preparing AutoCAD design drawings
    • Supporting office activities during project construction
    • Quantity calculations and tender document preparation
    • Project coordination, including permits and approvals

You bring to the role:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Valid G Class Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation is an asset
