Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple small to medium-sized projects within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects ranging from $250K to $5M, encompassing building services, process equipment, piping, instrumentation and control (I&C), civil infrastructure, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Manage the overall execution of 4-8 small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead multi-discipline teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Project Controls: Oversee project controls including cost reporting, scheduling, and managing change orders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and numerous stakeholders, including clients, safety (conventional/radiation), environmental, noise, and waste management teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of industrial, highly regulated environment experience in a related field such as petro-chemical, nuclear, or processing industries
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• P.Eng
• PMP or similar PM certifications
• Experience with processing (piping, pumps, etc.)
