Capgemini Engineering in Mirabel, QC, is seeking a hands-on Industrial Project Manager to lead manufacturing transformation initiatives, optimize assembly lines, and drive operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional stakeholders and support rate increases, budgets, and risk plans across aerospace and other high-complexity environments.

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Lean and CI methodologies, and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • Experience in assembly line optimization, industrialization, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in aerospace, transportation, defense, or other high-complexity manufacturing environments.
  • Strong change management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define the future evolution of assembly lines and identify critical paths to optimize production performance.
  • Lead and execute industrial transformation projects within manufacturing operations.
  • Develop project execution strategies, including scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality plans.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and management teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, risks, and performance indicators to management committees and senior leadership.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
