Capgemini Engineering is seeking a bilingual Project Manager (English & French) to join the PMO in Mirabel, Quebec. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline OR University degree in a technical, business, or project management-related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably within a complex or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of Project Management standards, methodologies, and reference frameworks.
  • Create and execute upskilling and development roadmaps for Project Managers across Canada.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and relationships with external training providers.
  • Continuously improve project management capabilities and best practices across the organization.
  • Drive alignment with global ways of working and benchmark methodologies with Toulouse Center of Competencies.
  • Lead the Program & Project Management Academy focal point, coordinating training activities and knowledge sharing.

The team fosters a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth.Your roleAs a Project Manager, you will support:The development and deployment of Project Management standards, methodologies, and reference frameworks.The creation and execution of Project Manager upskilling and development roadmaps across Canada.The coordination of training initiatives and relationships with external training providers.The continuous improvement of project management capabilities and best practices throughout the organization.Support the definition, development, documentation, and deployment of Project Management standards to further integrate the Program with global ways of working.Collaborate closely with Portfolio & Project Management Centre of Competencies in Toulouse, France, to benchmark methodologies and align with best practices across organization programs. Serve as the Program focal point for the Program & Project Management Academy.Partner with leadership teams to define and implement the annual learning and development roadmap for the Project Management community. Coordinate and manage training activities with external training providers.Maintain and continuously improve the PMO Google Site and associate knowledge-sharing resources.Lead communication initiatives for the Centre of Competencies, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders.
