The successful candidate will assist our lead painters with surface preparation, mixing paints, and applying coatings to ensure high-quality finishes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Clean and Prepare Surfaces
  • Assist with mixing paint codes.
  • Apply Paint with a spray gun.
  • Clean Work Area & follow all guidelines for the safe handling & disposal of hazardous chemicals & waste.
  • Maintain painting equipment.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Understanding of painting using a gun.
  • Ability to differentiate between colors.
  • Skilled with hand, power tools, and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills. Able to follow complex tasks.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees.
