Industrial Millwright - Certified and Licensed

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and certified Industrial Millwright to perform maintenance and repair on mechanical systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Install, examine, replace, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic devices, valves, actuators, pumps, and mechanical drive assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed through written and electronic documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Welding experience is required.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a three-shift operation.

Compensation and Benefits

40.00 / hr with shift premiums for afternoons / midnights, benefit plan, uniforms, tool allowance, and a 5% group RRSP match.
