- Start up and shut down equipment according to current procedures.
- Perform paper splicing with precision to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Feed machines with the raw materials required for production.
- Thread paper and replace rolls in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Visually inspect produced bags to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Quickly identify mechanical or technical issues and apply appropriate solutions.
- Adjust machine components to maximize performance and production efficiency.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities and carry out basic maintenance tasks.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in paper bag production.
- DEP in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or other relevant technical training (an asset).
- Experience in mechanics or a related field (an asset).
