Job summary

Kibbi is seeking workers for a meat processing facility in Canada. The role involves slaughtering livestock, carcass cutting and bone removal in a high-demand plant environment. Applicants should be prepared for early shifts and strong physical work in a noisy, cold or hot setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
• Slaughter cattle, calves, and sheep as prescribed by religious laws.
• Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging.
• Remove bones from meat.
