We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join Honeywell's Intelligrated team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will perform maintenance at our customer's facilities as per the Intelligrated contract, ensuring the smooth operation of distribution centers by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining material handling systems. You will coordinate with other departments to complete tasks safely and satisfactorily, representing Intelligrated and adhering to customer guidelines.

Must Haves :

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Red Seal Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities :

  • Assist other technicians in equipment repair and maintenance
  • Complete work orders, logs, and documentation accurately
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using technical drawings and diagnostic tools
  • Operate material handling and powered equipment, utilize troubleshooting tools
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic problems, including PLCs and network issues
  • Develop technical and training documentation; contribute to troubleshooting guides
  • Resolve mechanical and control issues, document customer support interactions in CMMS and dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with customer service and management teams
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution
  • Participate in system cleaning and inventory management
  • Complete paperwork promptly and adhere to safety and operational standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
