Job summary

Dream Unlimited is seeking an Industrial Leasing Intern for a 4-month Co-op to support the Leasing Team with administrative tasks, lease documentation, offers to lease, and all related materials. You will accompany Leasing Managers on property tours and help maintain accurate records.

This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate, exposure to brokers and tenants, and the chance to develop skills in reporting, data management, and marketing materials, while balancing

Qualifications

• Flexible, well-organized, able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment.
• Proficient in a variety of software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team including reports, lease documentation, preparation of offers to lease and all other documentation as required.
• Accompany Leasing Managers on property tours.
• Update Broker contacts in contacts database.
• Order floor plans through space plan provider.
• Organize and distribute information (floor plans, marketing materials) to brokers and tenants as required.
• Prepare accurate & timely internal reporting, as required.
• Field calls on general leasing inquiries from industry contacts, as required.
• Maintain vacancy listings on our website and update monthly availability report and/or other data management functions.
• Assist in the coordination, production, and distribution of all leasing marketing materials and initiatives including broker and tenant functions, brochures, and all other marketing materials as required.
• Code, process and file all expenses related to Leasing Business Unit.
• Work with other internal departments (Property Management, Construction, Finance & Accounting, Acquisitions, etc.) as required on related issues.
