Job summary

Dael Thermal Group is seeking a skilled 308A Sheet Metal Worker to join our industrial HVAC team. The role involves fabricating, installing, and servicing ductwork and equipment across industrial facilities in the GTA.

Qualifications

• Valid 308A Sheet Metal Worker Certificate of Qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of sheet metal/HVAC installation experience.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in sheet metal/HVAC.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, modify, and repair HVAC sheet metal systems and components.
• Install and service ductwork, fittings, transitions, dampers, louvers, and related components.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure, lay out, fabricate, and install sheet metal to project requirements.
• Perform field modifications and troubleshoot installation issues.
• Travel to customer sites to install/modify HVAC systems as required.
• Complete service reports, timesheets, and project documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
