Job summary

FGF Brands is hiring a Control Electrician to support plant operations and manufacturing with strong electrical system expertise. You’ll install, maintain and optimize PLC-based equipment across facilities and ensure continuous production.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial electrical work, experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, wiring panels, and a valid Ontario electrician licence. GTA travel and attention to GMP and safety are required.

Qualifications

• Ontario Electrician Licence required.
• Minimum 2 years industrial electrician experience.
• Experience with retrofits, modifications or overhaul of equipment.
• Strong English communication; valid driver's license and travel to GTA sites.
• Food manufacturing experience is an asset; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test electrical equipment, PLCs, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
• Modify equipment to improve performance and reliability.
• Follow GMP, Health & Safety, Food Safety & Environmental standards.
