Callisto Recruitment is seeking experienced Electrical Journeymen for the ITA2 Project at the Kearl Site near Fort McKay, Alberta. You will perform industrial electrical construction, testing, commissioning, and maintenance while supporting apprentices and collaborating with the construction team.

Reporting to the Electrical Foreman, you will work in a safety-focused environment on major energy projects with 14 days on/7 off rotations and camp accommodations at Wapasu.

Formación

• Must hold Alberta or Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician certificate.
• Valid CSTS 2020 and WHMIS certifications are required.
• Industrial construction experience is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Experience on oil sands, mining or heavy construction is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, modify, and maintain industrial electrical systems per drawings, specs and codes.
• Perform cable tray/conduit installation, terminations and testing.
• Read and interpret schematics and one-line diagrams; support commissioning.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity to project standards.
• Mentor apprentices and work collaboratively with the team and client.

Educación

Alberta or Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician Certificate

CSTS 2020

WHMIS certification

Industrial construction experience

Reading electrical drawings & specs

Canadian Electrical Code knowledge
