Qualifications

• Must hold a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate.
• 5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Electrician in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Understanding PLC operation; basic programming knowledge is a strong asset.
• Experience with robots (ABB & Fanuc) and programming is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:· Maintain all plant lighting and power systems to ensure proper operation, code compliance, and adherence to company procedures.· Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery as required.· Modify line programs and complete die wiring to support production needs.· Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including paper and/or digital work orders and logbooks.· Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.· Record parts usage by accurately completing required documents.· Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules.· Work in a safe manner at all times.· Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts and participate in related activities.· Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations.· Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:· Must hold a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate.· Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.· Understanding PLC operation, with basic programming knowledge, is considered a strong asset..
