Weyerhaeuser's Timberstrand® manufacturing plant in Kenora, Ontario, seeks an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to lead a team of electricians and technicians in a 24/7, non-union environment. The role focuses on safety, maintenance planning, and equipment reliability while reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

The successful candidate will manage daily activities, drive improvements, and mentor staff with strong communication skills in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Trades certification or a post-secondary diploma in technology or engineering.
• Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead daily activities of Electricians, Process Control Techs and contractors.
• Prioritize safety, quality and maintenance to meet plant objectives.
• Schedule electrical work to minimize production impact.
• Maintain uptime and achieve production, volume and quality goals.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and training resources.
