Job summary

Hall & Prior Aged Care Group in British Columbia seeks an Architectural Technical Manager to design and deliver energy‑efficient window and door systems. You will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for façades and manage technical documents to satisfy project requirements.

Requires reading drawings, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) plus SolidWorks/Inventor (3D). Driver's license is required; you will collaborate with Architects, Builders and Designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' industry experience in the building industry or industrial design.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings and reports.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a valid Driver's Licence.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks/Inventor (3D), with strong technical and modelling capabilities.
• Experience in technical writing, with the ability to create, update, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities in a team environment.
