Job summary

Alstom in Saint-Bruno, QC, is seeking a full-time Industrial Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity strategies across North American rolling stock projects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
  • Experience or understanding of industrial cybersecurity controls deployment.
  • Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity architecture, networking principles, and standards like ISO 2700X, NIST, and IEC 62443.
  • Familiarity with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A cybersecurity certification (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity strategies and execution across North American rolling stock projects.
  • Manage cybersecurity workstreams including cost estimation, scheduling and risk analysis.
  • Integrate cybersecurity controls into design and delivery.
  • Act as primary interface between cybersecurity and business stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle and manage a team.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and oversee budgets.
  • Mentor cybersecurity professionals and foster cross-functional collaboration.
