X/Celerant Consulting is seeking several full-time experienced Management Consultants and Project Managers to join our team anywhere in Canada, but primarily in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. These roles will be responsible for running an individual workstream or overseeing multiple workstreams in an industrial construction setting, working in the field to support a Safety Initiative. He/she will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in the areas of management consulting and construction is a must. Qualifications

1. 5-15 years experience in Operations Management Consulting and Industrial Construction or other heavy industrial industry
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, civil engineering, or other related fields (NOT IT related)
3. Experience coaching supervisors in a field environment
4. Demonstrated experience working with a team to implement LEAN tools in an industrial environment
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, must be able to pass X/Celerant's skills assessment in PPT and XLS showing proficiency
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work in a team environment, follow safety protocol exactly, and prioritize duties effectively
8. Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus
9. Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
10. Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
11. 100% travel required
12. Physical requirements: Must be able to see, hear, walk through industrial sites with occasional stairs wearing PPE.
