Job summary

Aecon Construction Solutions Inc. (ACSI) is seeking experienced Labourers to join our industrial team and support project requirements.

We value safety and the Aecon zero-injury culture, and we provide training and a path to skilled trades within a supportive environment. Key responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, demolition, concrete placement, scaffolding assembly, and general labour tasks.

Qualifications

• WHMIS2015 training is required.
• Fall Protection/working at heights – in Class.
• Experience as a Labourer in an industrial construction environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25 kg.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cleanup work sites.
• Move materials and equipment, perform demolition, excavation, and related tasks.
• Handle and distribute materials to and from work areas.
• Place and protect concrete or masonry structures as needed.
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, barriers.
• Other duties as assigned.
