Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Coating specialist and applicator located in BC. The Specialist will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, applying protective coatings, performing sandblasting and dustless blasting, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include surface preparation, mixing and applying industrial paints, and maintaining painting equipment. The Industrial Painter will also collaborate with other team members to complete projects within time-sensitive deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting and coating applications
• Proficiency in sandblasting and dustless blasting techniques
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and paint mixing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
• Previous experience in corrosion protection or infrastructure rehabilitation is an asset
