Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and optimize automation and electrical systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation equipment issues using schematics and testing equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for automation equipment.
• Support automation projects from design through start-up and commissioning.
• Ensure machine safety through risk assessments and safety circuit validation.
• Oversee contractors and service providers and verify work quality.
• Maintain accurate technical records and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance and production teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and safety.
