Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as required for the role and safety regulations.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing (Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hand-select orders within warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
• Operate the Sysco Order Selection (SOS) unit to scan and create labels; ensure labels are correctly placed on products.
• Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures and labeling orientation.
• Lift products weighing 1–75 pounds and up to 88 pounds; reach, bend, and twist while using pallet jack or forklift; retrieve items from lower shelves.
• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
• Stage pallets for loading at proper dock locations.
• Shrink-wrap product on the loading dock.
• Follow sanitation requirements and company policies; safely operate equipment and complete inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
