Job summary

Strike Group is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to participate in installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems for climate control, security, lighting, power, and communications. Work with our E&I team on local and site projects across Western Canada, with camp provided and a 10/4 shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Apprentice with the appropriate provincial authority.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, alter, repair, and maintain various electrical systems and related equipment
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical code specifications
• Plan layouts and illustrations of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects to ensure compliance with codes
