Job summary

Loblaw is seeking an Industrial Engineering/Logistics professional to support audits and develop Labour Standards. You will collect data, implement MOST/st stopwatch studies, and analyze trends to drive improvements across Loblaw's distribution network.

The role requires the ability to travel across Canada (60–95%) and work flexible hours, including weekends. A background in VBA, SQL, and MS Access is valued, with familiarity in Manhattan systems.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or related field.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with engineered labour standards is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support audits and ensure Labour Standards methodologies and integrity are maintained.
• Perform data collection to support development and maintenance of Labour Standards.
• Resolve post-audit issues and communicate results to required parties.
• Support creation of Labour Standards methodologies and implementations.
• Develop elements using MOST analysis and/or stopwatch studies.
• Analyse Labour Standards trends and improvement impacts.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities on-site in Loblaw's distribution network.
• Perform system updates as required.
• Support business ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Promote an inclusive and belonging workplace.
