Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is focused on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting outdoor sales, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and tenders.
  • Support Outdoor Sales Executives in managing accounts and fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s ERP system.
  • Monitor stock availability and liaise with suppliers for product sourcing when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and after-sales queries.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related functions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
