Job summary

Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. is seeking a reliable Indoor Merchandiser to support our Home Depot program in Airdrie, AB. The part-time role focuses on creating clean, attractive plant displays and maintaining live goods within the Home Depot stores.

You will work independently, ensure plant health, restock and rotate products, and follow safety practices while meeting scheduled hours. A smartphone is required and CSA-approved steel-toe shoes are necessary for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and display live plants according to company guidelines.
• Maintain plant health while minimizing shrink.
• Rotate, cull, and organize product for fresh presentation.
• Build, restock, and tidy displays as new shipments arrive.
• Keep the department clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and your direct report.
• Reports completed during store visits.
