Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in Canada is seeking a Student Support Admin (M/F/X) to assist in various administrative tasks within a dynamic HR team. This role offers flexible working hours, an attractive hourly wage, and the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international work environment. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree and have strong administrative skills, fluent Dutch, and a basic knowledge of French.

  • Processing and validating temporary contract annexes.
  • Handling requests for updates to employee data.
  • Completing and sending social documents.
  • Digital filing and archiving of personnel files.
  • Managing and following up on vouchers.

Skills
